Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Digital Bonzai will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Digital Bonzai in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Digital Bonzai undertakes all Web Design/ Web Development/ Software Development/ SEO / Digital Marketing/ Logo Designing/ Maintenance of a website/ easyCRM Customization Services after total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, in order to ensure that our teams have full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation / reversal / dispute.

For instances, where an advance payment has been made the eligibility of the refund would be as below:

Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the milestones completed.


No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Payments for custom design projects/ services are made to us in increments by client, and hence are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Digital Bonzai.

Limitation of Liability
Digital Bonzai is not obligated for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point in time. The liability to refund is bound by the value of the chunk of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point in time.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. An additional charge might be applicable as well, if you want to restore the services thereafter. Hence, instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Opening a card dispute for a valid charge from us is never an appropriate way of obtaining a refund.

Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment. We are willing to work with you and after getting confirmation from your side, we immediately take action on it and work towards a resolution.

Changes
Digital Bonzai may, at any time, without prior notice and under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
